II. how deep learning works

 

Deep learning is based on the concept of artificial neural networks that are arranged in layers. Each layer consists of a series of neurons that process information and pass it on to the next layer. By training with large data sets, the neural network adapts and optimises its weightings to recognise patterns and correlations.

Neuronal networks are the basis of deep learning. They consist of layers of neurons that are connected to each other and transmit information through weighting.
